When your subscription to BOMC2.com is approved, you will be charged $9.95 every month (plus tax, where applicable), beginning the day you become a subscriber and continuing every month on that day for as long as you remain a subscriber. Your monthly fee includes one book of your choice shipped from a Reading List you create. You may also purchase additional books for $9.95 each, and some select titles for $12.95 (plus tax, where applicable), simply by clicking the Buy Now button next to the book - shipping is always free.

For $9.95 a month you are eligible, as a subscriber, to receive one book each month from your Readling List—with free shipping. All we ask is that you agree to buy 3 books or remain a subscriber for 3 months during your BOMC2.com subscription at $9.95 each (plus tax, where applicable) with free shipping. We know you'll want to buy many more for yourself, family and friends because BOMC2.com is an unbeatable book value!  BOMC2.com books are full-length hardcover editions (unless specified otherwise), sometimes altered in size.

Each book you buy with a purchase price of $9.95, excluding applicable taxes, counts as one unit toward fulfilling your purchase commitment.  Qualifying sets count as one credit. (NOTE: Specially priced books and non-book products do not count toward fulfillment of your subscription purchasing commitment, unless otherwise noted. Other exclusions will be noted on the website).  BOMC2.com collects sales tax where applicable.  Subscriptions to BOMC2.com and shipment of BOMC2.com books are limited to the U.S. and its territories.

Satisfaction Guarantee

BOMC2 guarantees your satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied after receiving your initial subscription book, you can return it within 10 days of receipt; we'll cancel your subscription and you’ll owe nothing. Any payment will be credited to the card or PayPal account that you provided.  Any Free book you received with your subscription is yours to keep.

Your Reading List

Creating your personalized Reading List is easy.  Just browse through the great offerings available on BOMC2.com and put your favorites on your Reading List.  Each month, on the same day you became a subscriber, you'll automatically receive the first available choice you've placed on your Reading List. You can add, remove, and change the order of books on your Reading List whenever you like.  You'll never get a book you didn't select!  As a subscriber, you agree to keep a valid email address on file for subscription communications and information.

If your Reading List is empty, we will send you e-mails reminding you to add books to your Reading List.  Remember, you will be charged $9.95 each month (plus tax where applicable), even if you do not have a book on your Reading List.  So, please be sure to keep your Reading List stocked and have book selections on your Reading List at least one day before your shipment date. Otherwise, we cannot ship a book for that month.  If your first selection is unavailable, your next available selection will be shipped.  If your Reading List is empty at the time, you will still be charged your monthly fee.

Pricing

In addition to receiving the first available book from your Reading List every month, you can purchase additional books at any time. Most books are $9.95 each; some selections are priced at $12.95 (plus tax, where applicable). Selections that are priced higher than your monthly subscription price are not eligible for your Reading List, but can be purchased at any time by selecting the “Buy Now” option.  Shipping is always free. Occasionally, we may also offer you specially priced books and merchandise.  We reserve the right to modify or change our regular pricing and discounting policies at any time. If we change or add any pricing, we will send an e-mail notice, at least 30 days in advance, to your e-mail address on file.  You agree that we are authorized to begin charging your credit/debit card or PayPal account at the new pricing after the 30-day notice period.  Of course, if you do not wish to continue, you can cancel your subscription by following the directions below.

Payment Options

The credit/debit card you provide will be used for your introductory offer, the $9.95 monthly fee and for all future shipments and subscription charges.  We will automatically charge those items, including your monthly fee, using the payment method you selected. If applicable, your card or PayPal account may be charged for any remaining subscription obligation.  You must keep a credit/debit card on file during your subscription and you must keep us up-to-date with accurate member information, including your name, address, credit or debit card number and expiration date.  You agree that we may update your information with information your bank or credit card issuer may supply.

Once you become a subscriber, if you wish to change your credit/debit card, just contact Customer Service or visit the “Account” section of our website.  You can also change or edit your payment method when placing an order or making a payment with your credit/debit card or PayPal account. To set up payment using a PayPal account, you must visit our website.  We will continue to apply your payments under this payment method unless you notify us through Customer Service to change your billing preference.  We accept payment by credit/debit card (i.e., American Express, VISA, Discover and MasterCard) or PayPal. Orders using a bank card will be processed as soon as bank authorization is received.

If you have selected a credit or debit card as your payment method and the charge cannot be processed on that card (for example, the card has expired or we cannot obtain authorization from your card issuer), then for your convenience, we will attempt to charge any other credit or debit card that you have placed on file with us, in order to prevent disruption of your subscription.  We are not responsible for any fees or charges that your bank, credit card or debit card issuer may apply.  If you credit card issuer reverses a charge to your credit card, we may bill your account directly and seek payment by another method through a mailed statement.  

We may report information about your account to credit bureaus. Information about your transactions with us, such as your account balances and payment history, may be reflected in your credit report.

Fulfilling your Subscription Commitment

Fulfilling your subscription commitment is as simple as purchasing 3 books at a purchase of $9.95 each (plus tax, where applicable) with free shipping, or remaining a subscriber for 3 months (Note:  Specially priced books and non-book products do not count toward fulfillment of your subscription purchasing commitment, unless otherwise noted. Other exclusions will be noted on the website).  

If your account becomes overdue, or if you cancel your subscription before fulfilling your commitment, we will send you a reminder. If, thereafter, you do not fulfill your Subscription Agreement, we will charge you for the outstanding subscription obligation. The commitment charge is calculated by taking the number of outstanding months multiplied by the monthly subscription charge, currently $9.95, subject to change, plus any applicable sales tax.  When we communicate with you about fulfilling your Subscription Agreement, we will include instructions on how to order your outstanding selections.

Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time after purchasing three books at $9.95 each (plus tax, where applicable) or remaining a subscriber for 3 months. In order to cancel, go to BOMC2.com, click on Account, go to Contact Us and select Cancel My Account from the drop-down menu box. We reserve the right to cancel subscriptions at any time.

Returns Policy

We stand behind the quality of our product and want to be sure you receive exactly what you ordered.  If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect Reading List selection or other purchase, please send us an e-mail at customer.service@bomc2.com or call us at 717-918-1069 within 30 days of receipt and we will send you a replacement. Please note: We will only replace a product if it was damaged, defective or an incorrect selection.

All claims for non-receipt of shipments must be made within 150 days from date of order. Replacement of and credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received may be subject to our investigation, which may include postal service notification. We will adjust your account at our discretion. Repeated claims of undelivered merchandise may result in our canceling your subscription and billing you for any remaining purchase commitments you may have.

For Personal Use Only

In order for BOMC2.com to keep our prices low, we may limit quantities to 10 BUY NOW orders per month.  All books purchased through BOMC2.com subscriptions are intended for personal use only and not for resale or any other commercial purpose. If we suspect product is being used other than for personal use, we will cancel your subscription.

Marketing Preferences

We sometimes permit other companies to use our members’ names, and mailing addresses to promote goods and services: Catalog, Publishing, Fundraising/Non-Profit, Financial, Credit Card, Insurance, Newsletters, other Club/Continuity programs, Education and Seminar companies, and other Direct Marketing service firms. Your Club will only use your email address to contact you about merchandise or product offerings that may be of interest to you, to contact you about your account, or for your subscription’s internal use. We may share your information with other clubs or websites operated by our parent or affiliated companies. From time to time, your subscription may arrange for other companies to provide you with joint products or services. We participate in cooperative databases. Database participants provide customer names, mailing addresses and information about their customers’ purchasing history to the database, which allows the database participants’ access to potentially interested parties to target their promotions. If you don’t want your name, and mailing address released or prefer that we not send you email communications about offerings that may be of interest to you, please write to: Member Service Center, PO Box 916400, Rantoul, IL 61866-6400 or send an email to service@ memberservice.com. 

Notice of Arbitration Agreement

Bookspan and you agree to ARBITRATE all disputes and claims between us arising out of or relating to this Agreement, as broadly interpreted to include any aspect of our relationship, including claims related to advertising.  You thus GIVE UP YOUR RIGHT TO GO TO COURT, EXCEPT that YOU MAY bring an action against us in SMALL CLAIMS COURT.  The arbitration will be under the prevailing Commercial Arbitration Rules and the Supplementary Procedures for Consumer Related Disputes of the American Arbitration Association (the “AAA Rules”), as modified by this Agreement. The AAA Rules, including how to initiate a claim, are available online at www.adr.org or by calling the AAA at 800-778-7879.  If you choose arbitration, your rights will be determined by a neutral arbitrator and NOT a judge or jury.  You are entitled to a FAIR HEARING, BUT arbitration procedures are SIMPLER AND MORE LIMITED THAN RULES APPLICABLE IN COURT.  Arbitrator decisions are as enforceable as any court order and are subject to VERY LIMITED REVIEW BY A COURT.

Arbitrations will be conducted by one Arbitrator and will be Desk Arbitrations unless you or we request a Telephonic Hearing (as defined by AAA Rules).  There will be no In-Person Hearing unless a claim seeks more than $75,000.  We will pay all filing, administration, and arbitrator fees, unless the Arbitrator finds that your claim had no reasonable foundation or was brought for an improper purpose, in which case the Arbitrator must order you to pay those costs.  After you notify us that you have commenced arbitration, we will promptly reimburse you the filing fee.  If the Arbitrator issues an award in your favor on the merits of your claim that is greater than the value of our last written settlement offer made before the Arbitrator was selected, then the Arbitrator also may award you your reasonable attorney’s fees.  We will not seek attorney’s fees from you even if we prevail.  The Arbitrator will be bound by this Agreement.

The Arbitrator may award declaratory or injunctive relief only in favor of the party seeking relief and only as necessary to provide relief warranted by that party's individual claim. YOU AND BOOKSPAN AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR OUR INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.  Further, unless both you and Bookspan agree otherwise, the Arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims, and may not otherwise preside over any form of a representative or class proceeding. If this specific provision is found to be unenforceable, then the entirety of this arbitration provision shall be null and void.

Changes to Subscription

We're always looking at ways to improve your subscription experience. Accordingly, please note that subscription services, promotions, policies, benefits, charges, programs, terms and conditions of subscription are subject to change at any time. We will always notify you well in advance of any changes. By enrolling and continuing your subscription, you accept and agree to the terms of this Subscription Agreement and any changes made by us to it once we notify you of these changes. If you're not satisfied with the terms of the Subscription Agreement or with the changes, you may cancel your subscription without further obligation. We reserve the right to request additional information, reject any application, or cancel any subscription.
