How does the Club work?

As a subscriber, you create a personalized Reading List. Choose from today's most popular titles, including the latest BOMC2 hardcover edition bestsellers. Add titles you want to your Reading List with one click. You'll receive your top choice from your List at regular intervals based on your subscription plan, for $9.95 each with free shipping. We'll ship one book on your List automatically each subscription period on the same day of the month, based on the day you became a subscriber. In addition, you'll be able to purchase more books at any time at the low price of $9.95 each, with some exceptions, plus free shipping. Sales tax on purchases is added where applicable.
How much does it cost?
When you become a subscriber to BOMC2, you'll receive a free book of your choice plus the first book on your Reading List for $9.95, with free shipping. After that, the books on your Reading List ship automatically to you for $9.95 each, with free shipping, each subscription period (based on your subscription plan) on the same day of the month you became a subscriber. Additional books are available at any time for $9.95 each, with some exceptions, plus free shipping. State sales tax will be added, where applicable.
How do Reading List shipments work?
Your personalized Reading List gives you complete control over the books you receive from BOMC2 and ensures you'll never receive a book you don't want. Simply browse BOMC2.com and add the books you want to your Reading List with one click. We'll ship one book automatically each subscription period (based on your subscription plan) on the same day of the month you initially became a subscriber. If your first selection is unavailable on your automatic ship date, we will ship your next available selection. You can add, remove and change the order of books on your Reading List at any time. Please be sure to have some titles on your Reading List at least one day before your automatic shipment date. Otherwise, the $9.95 charge will occur but we will not be able to automatically ship a book to you. Note that this charge will occur on the same day of the month you became a subscriber, at regular intervals based on your subscription plan, even if your Reading List is empty.

Joining the Club

How do I join?
Signing up for BOMC2 is simple and secure. Just provide us with your email address and desired password, the address where you want your books shipped and your credit/debit or PayPal account information. Once this information is provided, you must read and agree to the Subscriber Agreement. Then you're ready to enjoy BOMC2!
Is there a commitment?
All we ask is that you agree to buy the number of books specified in your subscription offer during your BOMC2 subscription or remain a subscriber for the length of time specified in your subscription offer, after which you may cancel at any time.
What if I change my mind?
BOMC2 guarantees your satisfaction. If you're not completely satisfied after receiving your initial book, you can cancel within 30 days of the day you became a subscriber. Simply send your first book back and we'll cancel your subscription Your subscription is risk-free, too -- you can cancel your subscription at any time after purchasing the number of books specified in your subscription offer during your BOMC2 subscription or remain a subscriber for the length of time specified in your subscription offer.
How do I save money?
BOMC2 offers its subscribers substantial savings off the publisher's edition price on every book every day with our BOMC2 editions - BOMC2 books are full-length, hardcover editions (unless specified otherwise), sometimes altered in size. By joining BOMC2 you gain tremendous buying power and discounts on the books you want most! Occasionally, we may also offer you specially priced books and merchandise. We reserve the right to modify or change our regular pricing and discounting policies at any time. If we change or add any pricing, we will send an e-mail notice, at least 30 days in advance, to your email address on file. You agree that we are authorized to begin charging your credit or debit card or Paypal account at the new pricing after the 30-day notice period. Of course, if you do not wish to continue, you can cancel your subscription.
Can I join if I am not a resident of the United States?
At the present time, only residents of the United States and those who are active U.S. military personnel living overseas (with APO/FPO addresses) can be members of the Club.

Billing & Shipping

What is the total cost for my introductory books?
Your introductory book(s) will cost $9.95, plus tax where applicable. Shipping is always free!
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept the following credit cards (and equivalent debit cards) at this time: Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express. We also accept PayPal. Orders using a bank card will be processed as soon as bank authorization is received. Please note, we only accept pre-paid/gift cards for one-time purchases.
When will I be charged for my purchase?
We'll charge your credit card, debit card or PayPal account when we ship your order. However, we will first authorize your credit or debit card when an order is placed, then we will charge the card when we ship the order. Most credit card companies and banks will reserve funds for the order during the authorization process, but the funds will not be transferred from your account until we ship your order. Orders using a bank card will be processed as soon as bank authorization is received.
When will my initial book ship?
Your initial book(s) on your Reading List will ship within 7-10 days after your subscription is activated, unless otherwise indicated.
Is it safe to enter my credit/debit card or PayPal information on the website?
Yes. In addition to the security benefit of password authentication, we use Secure Server Software (SSL) to maintain the safety and privacy of your information. SSL is the industry standard and the most effective way to conduct secure commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit or debit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the internet. Whenever you see a URL that begins with https://, you are using SSL. You can review our Privacy Policy for complete details.
Do I need to pay tax?
We collect taxes in states where applicable. That tax is paid to your state and/or local tax authorities. Many states require us to collect tax on the total cost of your order, including shipping and processing.
How does credit/debit card or PayPal billing work?
The credit/debit card or PayPal account you provided will be used for your introductory offer, the subscription fee and for all future shipments and subscription charges. We will automatically charge those items, including your subscription fee, using the payment method you selected. If applicable, your card or PayPal account may be charged for any remaining books required to complete your subscription obligation. If you have selected a credit or debit card as your payment method and the charge cannot be processed on that card (for example, the credit/debit card has expired or we cannot obtain authorization from your card issuer), then for your convenience we will charge any other credit or debit card you placed on file with us. When you update your payment method, any pending orders or charges, including Featured/Director's Selections, will be applied to the new payment method you provided. We accept payment by credit/debit card or PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card and American Express credit cards (and equivalent debit cards). A valid credit/debit card or a PayPal account must be kept on file for all future shipment and Club charges. Once you are a member, you can use pre-paid/gift cards for one-time purchases.
Can I have items shipped outside of the United States?
At the present time, we can only ship to individuals residing within the United States and its possessions, and those persons with APO/FPO addresses. Shipments are not sent to other locations since we cannot guarantee product delivery.
What is your return policy?
We stand behind the quality of our product and want to be sure you receive exactly what you ordered. If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect Reading List selection or other purchase, please send us an email at customer.service@bomc2.com or call us at 717-918-1069 within 30 days of receipt and we will send you a replacement. Please note: We will only replace a product if it was damaged, defective or an incorrect selection.
