To say Mary Higgins Clark has legions of fans would be no exaggeration. Ever since her career soared in 1975 with the publication of Where Are the Children?, a mystery she wrote as a widow with five children, the former stewardess has been the undisputed Queen of Suspense, and her books, worldwide bestsellers, have sold over 80 million copies. She?s seen two novels, Where Are the Children? and A Stranger Is Watching, made into feature films and many others into television movies. She?s also written a memoir, Kitchen Privileges, co-authored three suspense novels with her daughter, Carol, and won numerous awards in the process.
